Welcome Function
The Welcome Function is being held in conjunction with the Poster Session on Thursday 24 November. Drinks and canapes will be served.
All delegates are welcome to attend. There is no cost to attend the the Welcome Function. Please indicate your interest when registering (for catering purposes).
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held at Fenix, Richmond on the evening of Thurday 24 November. Bus transport will be available from NCSS at the Australian Synchrotron to the dinner, departing approximately 6:30pm, and returning at approximately 11.30pm.
The dinner features a three course dinner including drinks (beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages). Dinner tickets are $95 each for delegates. Please request your dinner tickets when registering, indicate any special dietary requirements and if you require transport to/from the dinner venue.
