Submission deadline
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be submitted in the text fields. Please indicate your contribution type (poster/oral) when submitting your abstract. Abstracts must be less than 500 words, and include no images.
Please note that there is a limited number of available slots for oral presentations, and your contribution type may be changed to accommodate all entries.
Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes long. Speakers are strongly encouraged to give a presentation of up to 12 mins, and allow 3 mins for questions at the end of their talk. Oral presentations will not be allowed to exceed 15 mins, and presentations should be aimed at a general scientific audience.
The poster session will be held for two hours. Posters should be A0 size. Poster presentations should be aimed at a general scientific audience.
Abstracts must be received by 11.59 pm on Friday 14 June 2019. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submitted abstract by Friday 12 July 2019.
