Registration Fees
Two Day Student Registration (Thursday & Friday) $100
Two Day Conference Registration (Thursday & Friday) $250
One Day Conference Registration $150
All rates and charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Any cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager, Bettina Richen by 1 November 2018.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations after 1 November 2018.
Notification of replacement/substitute delegates will be accepted by 1 November 2018.
Registration Includes:
- Attendance at all sessions (for the day/s you have registered)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- Poster session Welcome Function (cocktail party)
Parking
The Australian Synchrotron has limited parking onsite. The boomgates will be open from 7:30am - 9:30am on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 November, however will close once full. Alternatively, we recommend parking at the Monash University carpark (cnr Blackburn and Wellington Roads) next door to the Synchrotron.
WiFi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all conference delegates. Login details can be found at registration.
Refreshments
Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and canapes (Welcome Function day one) will be provided to all conference delegates. Please ensure that if you have any special dietary requirements that these are outlined in your registration form.
Smoking
NCSS is a smoke-free building and is not permitted anywhere inside the venue. Smoking stations are situated externally on the premises. Please see staff at the registration table for further information.
