General Information

Registration/Information Desk

Will be located outside the Barossa Room and will be open from 9:00am Wednesday 17th October.

Presenters

We ask all presenters to provide their presentations (guide attached) to us at the registration/information desk using a USB for uploading or email it to NeutronsandFood@ansto.gov.au ,if you can ensure to have this to us as early as possible so each presentation is ready before each session.

Computer

Computers and slide changers will be supplied for all presentations, due to time restrictions we will only be using computers supplies by the committee. You are welcome to view your presentation at the break prior with one of our tech support people.

Event App

We will be using an event app for our conference you can download the app for iPhone and android you need the ANSTO CONFERENCE APP, your log in will be your email address you registered with. Printed timetable will not be issued all timetable changes will be done via the conference app. We will have a one printed copy of the schedule available to view outside the Barossa Room (Please note this version will not reflect any changes), if you do require a printed version please print a copy of the one attached.

Abstract Booklet

The abstract booklet is attached and available on the webpage or in the ABOUT icon on the conference app.

Name Tags

Names tags are to be worn at all times while attend Neutrons & Food to obtain entry to the sessions.

Dress Code

Dress code will be smart casual.

Morning Tea/Afternoon Tea & Lunch

Will all be severed on the same level as the Barossa Room

Gala Dinner Thursday 6th September

We will be having a delicious buffet dinner on board a custom built catamaran The Harbour Spirit, we require all delegates/partners to have their voucher/s to present (which is located in your name tag pouch) and to be at the dock by 6:15pm for a 6:30 departure at Wharf 8 King Street Wharf Which is a 12 minute walk from the venue. It is suggested you wear flat comfortable shoes and to bring a coat/jacket in case of a breeze, and don’t forget your camera.
