The length of a speaking slot is 20 minutes. The speaker should aim their talk at 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. Plenary sessions are 40 minutes.
Talks should be uploaded to the AFAD23 Indico page before the session. Speakers will be using the presentation computer of the venue so that the presentations are shared online.
Speakers are asked to prepare a one page summary slide of your talk to be collected by the WG conveners for use at the close out session on the Friday.
The default presentation software of the venue is Microsoft Powerpoint.
