Remote Participation will be via the Zoom platform. A Zoom meeting has been set up and the access link will be emailed to registered participants before the beginning of the forum. If you do not have zoom you will be able to join via your browser through the link provided.

The link will send virtual participants to a Zoom virtual meeting that is the central 'landing page' of the workshop. There will be three breakout rooms set up, one for each of the three physical presentation rooms in the timetable. Please select the breakout room for the session you are interested in attending.
You can leave the breakout room and return to the main room at any time. from there you can select a different breakout room.
In-person presentations will be shared to the zoom breakout room for remote viewers. Any questions from the audience at the end will be repeated via the speakers microphone for the benefit of the remote participants.
Virtual presentations:
If you are giving a talk remotely, please join the corresponding breakout room for your session. When your presentation begins, use the 'share screen' function in zoom to share your slides. As a backup in case of technical problems, please make sure your talk is uploaded to indico and we will run the slides from the venue.
