Accommodation
For attendees travelling from outside Melbourne, we have reserved rooms in the Synchrotron Guest House. However, we still require that you submit a booking to secure a room. Please download the accommodation form here and after completion, submit to the User Office at the following email address:

Travel reimbursement
An expenses claim form will be sent out to those of you requiring to claim travel expenses (e.g. flights and cab fares) for the workshop. Please be sure to keep copies of receipts and flight tickets or confirmations.
