Information for Presenters

Information for Oral Presenters

  • Submitted oral presentations will be given a total of 20 minutes to present (approximately 15 mins plus 5 mins of questions)
The online program will display the details of your presentation time, session chair, and session venue.  Alternatively, you can also see these details by using the Abstract index or Presenter index links.
  • All oral presentations will be delivered via Zoom. Presentations can be held locally on the presenter’s computer and screen-shared by the presenter

Information for Poster Presenters

The poster videos, including the poster and a 2 minute discussion of your work will be available online throughout the duration of the conference and can be viewed at any time. A dedicated poster session will be held in the late afternoon on Thursday 19 November where presenters can discuss and answer questions about their work.

  • Posters should be submitted via email to the anstoum2020@gmail.com by Friday 13th November.
  • Posters should be submitted in an .mp4 format, with a minimum resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, and a 16:9 aspect ratio (a widescreen PowerPoint slide or horizontal recording using a mobile phone camera should meet this criteria).
  • It is particularly important that student presenters are available during the designated session on Thursday (see programme) as the Student Poster Prize judges will expect to discuss the posters with the presenters.
  • The winner(s) of the Student Poster Prize will be announced during the final session of the meeting on Friday November 20.
