To apply for a student grant for IBIC 2015:
- Submit an abstract to the conference through the website www.ibic2015.org
- Fill in the Registration Form on this website including a CV and letter of recommendation from your supervisor.
A small number of grants will be offered to graduate students and young scientists to attend IBIC2015.
The financial support will waive the conference registration fee and provide a fixed sum (which will be given to you at the Conference) to help with expenses associated with the conference, i.e. travel and accommodation.
The deadline to submit your application is 22 June 2015.
These grants are intended for students who, without financial assistance, would not be able to attend IBIC 2015, so preference will be given to applicants from institutes/countries which offer no other form of support.
The results will be announced by email no later than 6 July 2015. Early Bird Registration closes 28 July 2015.
