DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering (ACN
 S) and National Deuteration Facility (NDF) it is with great pleasure that 
 we announce the ACNS/NDF ECR Clip Day 2022!\n\nWe welcome you to a two-day
  virtual conference at the end of summer to hear the latest research among
  early-career researchers (ECRs) using neutron scattering techniques and/o
 r utilising deuterated molecules in their research\n\nABSTRACT SUBMISSION 
 NOW CLOSED\n\nWhat is it?\n\nThe purpose of the Clip Day is to: \n\n\n	pro
 vide a forum for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) to interact and connect w
 ith peers\, their NDF and ACNS co-supervisors and other ACNS and NDF staff
 \; \n	allow ECRs to gain experience presenting their work to a scientific 
 audience from a broad range of disciplines\;\n	learn about exciting new re
 search happening at the NDF and ACNS\n	facilitate valuable discussions and
  feedback on the research studies of the Honours/PhD students and post-doc
 toral researchers. \n\n\nAll students are encouraged to apply\, even if yo
 u do not have results yet! Don’t miss this opportunity to develop your w
 orking relationships with your co-supervisors and get to know peers\, frie
 nds\, and future collaborators through their research presentations and th
 rough informal online interaction\n\n \n\nResearch areas and format\n\nAl
 l Honours\, PhD\, and early-career researchers using ACNS or NDF facilitie
 s are welcomed and encouraged to participate. The last Clip Day in 2021 in
 cluded talks from over 30 participants\, and spanned many disciplines incl
 uding medicine\, mining\, transportation\, food processing and more. \n\n
  \n\nThe format will consist of either 10 or 15 minute presentations depe
 nding upon the completion status of your studies or project (don’t worry
  if your research is in its early stages or has been COVID-19 impacted!). 
 We are also planning a few guest lectures on proposal writing and other us
